Submissions

A submission is a locked, immutable hand-off: a field user picks a set of fully uploaded media and submits it to your team. The included items can no longer be edited or deleted, which is what makes the documentation defensible.

Open Submissions in the admin console's left nav to see every hand-off across your organization, newest first. This page is available to org admins.

What each row shows

• Submission number: the per-assignment counter ("#2"), plus a short reference id for the paper trail.
• Assignment: click through to the assignment, where the Media tab shows the locked items.
• Submitted by: the field user who sent it.
• Items: how many media the submission locked.
• Device: the phone model, app version, and build the submission came from, snapshotted at the moment of hand-off.
• When it happened.

Where else submissions appear

• The Overview page shows the latest hand-offs at a glance.
• Click any person in Mission Control or Users to open their activity panel, which lists their recent submissions.
• Media locked by a submission shows a send icon on its tile in the activity panel gallery.
