Mission Control

Mission Control is the live operations dashboard for managers. It answers "what is happening in the field right now": who is capturing, how fast, on which assignments, and where. Open it from Mission Control in the admin console's left nav. The page refreshes itself every 10 seconds; the pulsing LIVE dot next to the window selector confirms the feed is current.

Mission Control is available to org admins (it requires org-wide audit access).

Choose a time window

The selector in the top right sets how far back the dashboard looks: 30m, 2h, 4h (the default), or 24h. Every number on the page (totals, per-person stats, the map trails) is computed over that window.

Org totals

Four tiles summarize the window at a glance:

  • Items captured, with the photo / video / audio breakdown.
  • Active adjusters: how many people captured at least one item, and how many of them have a GPS fix on the map.
  • Assignments in progress: distinct assignments touched in the window.
  • Org pace: items per hour across the whole org.

Field map

When capture settings have GPS metadata turned on (see Capture settings), each active adjuster appears on the map as a colored dot with their initials, placed at their most recent capture. A faded dashed trail shows their recent capture points, so you can see the path someone has worked through a property or across jobs. Hover a marker for the name and item count.

The map auto-frames everyone when people first appear; after that your pan and zoom are left alone. Captures without GPS still count in every statistic; the person's card simply shows No GPS.

Per-person productivity cards

One card per active adjuster, busiest first. Each card shows:

  • Items captured in the window, with a sparkline of activity over time.
  • Active / Idle badge. Idle means no capture recently relative to the window (for the 4h window, roughly the last 48 minutes).
  • Pace: items per hour over the window.
  • Avg gap and Median gap: time between consecutive captures. The median is the fairer read on tempo, since one long break (a lunch, a drive between sites) inflates the average but not the median.
  • Mix: photo / video / audio counts.
  • The assignment they captured on most (click through to its detail page), plus how many other assignments they touched.

Click a person for their full activity

Click any card (or any row on the Users page, or a name on the Overview) to open that person's activity panel. It shows:

  • Whether they are Active or Idle right now, when they last captured, and in which room and assignment.
  • Their productivity for the window: items, pace, average and median gap, and a sparkline.
  • A recent captures gallery with thumbnails, room labels, and a send icon on items that are already part of a submission. Click a tile to jump to the assignment.
  • Their recent submissions.

The panel refreshes on the same 10 second cadence as the dashboard.

How the numbers are computed

The dashboard reads the capture records synced from the field (the same data behind each assignment's Media tab) and aggregates the most recent 5,000 captures in the window per organization. If a window is busier than that, the page says so and you can narrow the window for complete per-person stats.
