Your assignments

An assignment is a single loss or claim. It's your home base for everything you capture.

The assignments list

When you open the app you land on your assignments. Each card shows:

  • Name & reference — e.g. "Smith Fire Loss · Claim #44821".
  • Status — Active, In review, Completed, or Archived.
  • Sync indicator — at a glance, whether your captures are fully uploaded ( synced) or still pending ( count).
