You sign in with the email address or phone number your admin used to invite you. No password to remember — you confirm a one-time code.

Step by step

1. Open the app and tap Sign in.
2. Enter your email or phone number.
3. We send you a 6-digit code (by email or SMS).
4. Type the code. That's it — you're in.

TIP

Use the same email or phone your admin invited. If you're not sure which one was used, ask them — or try the other; your assignments live under whichever identifier was invited.

Staying signed in

You stay signed in on your device, so you can open the app and start capturing instantly — even offline. You only re-enter a code if you sign out or switch phones.

Switching organizations

If you work across more than one organization, tap your profile (top corner) and use the organization switcher. Each organization has its own teams and assignments.

Trouble signing in?

• No code arrived? Wait a minute, check spam (email) or that you have signal (SMS), then tap Resend.
• "We don't recognize this." You may be entering an identifier you weren't invited with. Try the other (email vs phone) or ask your admin to re-invite.
