Accept an invitation

Admins invite you to a specific assignment by email or phone. Accepting adds that assignment to your list.

Two ways in

• From the message. Tap the link in the email or text. It opens the app (or prompts you to install it), then drops you onto the assignment.
• From the app. Sign in with the invited email/phone and the assignment is already waiting in Your assignments.

What your role means

Your invitation grants one of two roles on that assignment:

Role	What you can do
Collaborator	Capture and edit media, rooms, groups, and details — full field work.
Observer	View everything, but not change it. Great for stakeholders following along.

You'll see at a glance which you have; if a button is hidden or disabled, it's likely an observer assignment. For the full picture, see Roles & permissions.

IMPORTANT

Access is granted per assignment. Being a collaborator on one loss doesn't give you access to others — that keeps every claim's evidence properly walled off.

Invitation expired or revoked?

Invitations can expire, and admins can revoke access. If an assignment disappears or won't open, ask your admin to re-invite you.
